KIN Awarded at Tweed Shire 2016 Access & Inclusion Awards
Michael & Margaret Lawson, Pam Mitchell, Nathan Johnston and Sandy Rogers attended the Tweed Shire 2016 Access & Inclusion Awards Ceremony on the 30th November, where KIN proudly received a Certificate of Achievement.
Sandy Rogers and Nathan Johnston also received a Nominee Award
The awards ceremony is about acknowledging action, by individuals, community groups, organisations that build and promote an accessible and inclusive Tweed Community.
A very proud moment for KIN and to all the committee that have given their time and energy freely for 35 years to ensure that children with disabilities and serious illness are supported in their every day needs.
KIN would also like to thank and recognise Nathan Johnston who received a Nominee Award for his outstanding effort organising and hosting ‘The Night of Abilities’. All money raised was donated to KIN. Well done and Congratulations Nathan
This wonderful event will be on again this year.
